- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆For a public service organization that handles paperwork required by law to drive a vehicle, being closed on weekends is disappointing since its difficult to miss work on weekdays. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I waited for two hours all to renew a drivers license. They should have more than one person handling people!! When you have a "professional" on the phone, while telling her life story to a customer instead of doing your job, then they need to fire her!!! I really don't think anyone wants to hear about your sister or whomever...we aren't there for that!!! I also think, that maybe if it's only going to be one person dealing with this many people, she should know how to multi- task!!!
